I am very very happy with the service provided by New View Roofing, specially all the patience, attention and support that Joey gave to me during all the process to replace the roof of my house.After the hail, I talked with other two companies. The first one never call me back to send me a report with the findings. The second one did not explain very well the process. I had a very good experience with New View Roofing, especially the sale rep David Kim. David is very professional and knowledgeable. He has a professional and legal knowledge of the claiming process to work in your favor. I had another roofing company working on the claim but failed to convince my insurance company to replace my roof. Then I was recommended to David at New View Roofing by a friend. David came out to do the inspection the next day and thoroughly explained the claiming process with contingent plans (A, B, C, etc) to me. Throughout the claiming process, David promptly kept me updated and explained the expectations of the next steps. I was referred by a trusted contractor to New View Roofing to address my leaking roof. Patrick Kenny, Senior Project Manager, provided a free inspection. He showed me evidence of hail damage and gave me advice as to next steps. He did so in a pressure free manner and did not ask me to commit to or sign anything, which was a very nice surprise. At the conclusion of the the free inspection, he even offered to go up on the roof and install a tarp to stop a leak at no cost to me. After I put in a claim with my insurance carrier, Patrick and his team took care of everything else for me. Patrick came out to meet the insurance adjuster and the New View team negotiated with insurance and got more items covered than insurance initially proposed. Patrick was very patient with us throughout the process. He kept us up to date and quickly responded to my questions. Patrick made the process as stress free as a new roof can be and the work looks fantastic. At our request, he also arranged for and supervised interior painting and repair work and the installation of some new windows. Sam Nayyer and the team stopped by to inspect the roof and I knew there was a small area of damage from the last storm but they did a thorough inspection and assured me that the roof was still in good condition and didn’t need replacement. I’ve seen many roofers who would file for a claim for minor damage but they were honest about the situation and even fixed the small damage free of charge. Very professional team.

Having watched my neighbor’s roof being replaced I observed the attention to detail New View placed on the entire roof along with the gutter pitch and protection of the property itself along with vegetation. I wanted to check if my roof needed a change. Had got a very strong positive reference for the owner (Nick) of New View Roofing. Spoke to Nick and he was there to check and advise that there was enough damage on the roof to replace it. Being my first time to get the roof replaced he worked in advising me the process and next steps.It was a breeze to work with him absolutely clear in his comms and timelines. I worked with my insurer and even the Insurance guy fortunately had very good stuff to talk about Nick as they had worked in past across multiple projects. Team came at the designated time and finished the work by afternoon. There was a supervisor who was on the site all the time and eventually gave a a tour and explained the work that had been good.I truely recommend New View Roofing for their commendable work.

I got my roof and gutters replaced recently with New View Roofing and the overall experience was excellent and beyond my expectations.Joey is very professional and was excellent in communicating through the completion of the project. We needed our roof replaced (and more) due to hail damage. New View handled our hail issues with our roof, gutters, fence and managed the removal and re-installation of our solar system. We added house painting and some other exterior repairs. The overall experience was professional, timely and everything was clear and understood before they began. All questions were fully addressed by Nick immediately. I would say this was one of the best experiences for home repairs that I’ve experienced as a homeowner. Call them!

Having a hail hole in your roof creates anxiety as a homeowner. You need immediate attention from your contractor. Not only did Nick provide that attention, he went above and beyond. He took care of everything I was not knowledgeable of. From the insurance checks to coordinating multiple sub contractors. Had a chimney leak whenever it would rain. I’ve had other companies before come by and do a patch job but didn’t fix the issue. Patrick himself came by my house and took a look and had some guys come over to build a cricket. super fast turn around and fairly priced. Definitely saving their number.
