Excellent roofing company!! Michael was contacted and was very prompt in coming out to check our roof after a storm. He was also quick to get us an estimate and was able to get one of his guys to come out within a few days to fix the areas of our roof that had been damaged. We will most definitely have New View roofing out again when we have any future roofing needs. A big thank you to Israel too who did the repairs for us. I had a great experience with New View Roofing! I worked with John B. and Sam throughout the experience. They gave me a roofing inspection and were so honest and transparent throughout!! I had no damage on the roof but was in desperate need of some gutters (dealing with some standing water near the house). There were more storms coming & I got them replaced within one day!! It was all done completed and it looks beautiful, they made sure to match it to my house. I will for sure use them when it’s time to get a new roof.

Our 2-story apartment complex was in a need of a roofing repair due to a leaking issue. Our area went through historical hails and storms this May, my claim on a damaged roof was denied by my insurance company. Luckily I found a reliable roofer, Joey Hong, through a family friend. Joey guided us through re-inspection and requesting appraiser, and finally got us the full insurance coverage that our house deserves. His expertise and persistence are the key to winning the case. I had a very good experience with New View Roofing, especially the sale rep David Kim. David is very professional and knowledgeable. He has a professional and legal knowledge of the claiming process to work in your favor. I had another roofing company working on the claim but failed to convince my insurance company to replace my roof. Then I was recommended to David at New View Roofing by a friend. David came out to do the inspection the next day and thoroughly explained the claiming process with contingent plans (A, B, C, etc) to me. Throughout the claiming process, David promptly kept me updated and explained the expectations of the next steps. With regard to New View Roofing itself, they have the experience, in-depth legal knowledge, and resources help you w/ the claims. They are A++ and I will definitely use them again in the future.

I was referred by a trusted contractor to New View Roofing to address my leaking roof. Patrick Kenny, Senior Project Manager, provided a free inspection. He showed me evidence of hail damage and gave me advice as to next steps. He did so in a pressure free manner and did not ask me to commit to or sign anything, which was a very nice surprise. At the conclusion of the the free inspection, he even offered to go up on the roof and install a tarp to stop a leak at no cost to me. After I put in a claim with my insurance carrier, Patrick and his team took care of everything else for me. Patrick came out to meet the insurance adjuster and the New View team negotiated with insurance and got more items covered than insurance initially proposed. Patrick was very patient with us throughout the process. He kept us up to date and quickly responded to my questions. Patrick made the process as stress free as a new roof can be and the work looks fantastic. At our request, he also arranged for and supervised interior painting and repair work and the installation of some new windows. I couldn’t be more pleased with Patrick’s results and, to top it off, he is very pleasant to speak with. I highly recommend Patrick Kenny at New View Roofing.

Sam Nayyer and the team stopped by to inspect the roof and I knew there was a small area of damage from the last storm but they did a thorough inspection and assured me that the roof was still in good condition and didn’t need replacement. I’ve seen many roofers who would file for a claim for minor damage but they were honest about the situation and even fixed the small damage free of charge. Very professional team.

Having watched my neighbor’s roof being replaced I observed the attention to detail New View placed on the entire roof along with the gutter pitch and protection of the property itself along with vegetation. My father was a roofer and so my family and I installed shingle roofs on weekends as a side job for many years. But as I get older my feet now stay on the ground. So when I hire a roofer I expect the same attention to detail that we had. That expectation was met and then some. I was pleasantly surprised with the knowledge and care they put into the roof repair. It was obvious they acted like it was the roof on their own house and therefore took special care of it.
