What a wonderful experience. Pat Kenny handled everything so professionally. New View Roofing installed our roof some years ago. Heavy winds blew some of the weatherstripping loose from under the metal guard on the edge of the roof. Pat Kenney came out immediately and had two of his crew there within three days to fix the problem. We are so grateful for New View Roofing’s professional service.

Hunter is extremely knowledgeable about not only working with insurance companies, how to find the the rules and regs that apply, but also how to get the job done right. He explains everything in detail, and keeps in touch to keep you aware of any glitches that may come up. Very professional and very personable.Hunter and crew inspected and installed a new roof and guttering for us after a hail storm came through the neighborhood. After taking a quick look and taking pictures, he showed us the damage and talked with us about what needed to be done. We asked Hunter how we needed to proceed, and he helped call our ins company and get the claim started that day. He did a more detailed inspection a little later, worked closely with our ins company, and we were one of the first houses in the neighborhood to have our new roof and guttering installed. Top roofer in Dallas. Tom Longville was able to address reoccurring roof leak that 4 other roofers had been unable to fix over the course of 2 years. Came day after I called and fixed day after. Great communication and efficiency.

Recommended roofing service. Home had a roof leak from ice storm, and I was expecting to cost thousands. When roofing contractor (Pat Kenny) showed up he found the leak immediately which was hard to spot. He sealed it up, giving me time to replace the leak damages in future. Pat was very knowledgable and experienced. Would do business with them again.

I worked with Mike from New view roofing to replace my roof with a class 4 impact resistant roof last year. The whole process from start to finish was incredible and they made it as easy as possible. This year I had to reach back out to get a form completed to provide to my insurance carrier to receive a discount on my home insurance and Mike responded within 24 hours! I researched roofing companies, and interviewed reps. I finally chose New View Roofing. Years ago NVR installed a roof for my friend, as well as his next door neighbor. I drove by their homes and noticed those roofs still look great. I called NVR for an estimate, and they sent Scott Berlin.
