About Us

New View Roofing is a veteran-owned roofing company serving the Florida area. Owner Michael Gibson purchased the company from his uncle in 2013, after serving in the United States Air Force. Growing up, Mike spent his summers working in his dad’s hardware store and roofing for his uncle. Little did he know that a summer job would later turn into a career!

Though our company was officially founded in 2013, the New View team offers over 25 years of roofing and home remodeling experience. We provide full-scale residential, commercial and industrial roofing services.

Tom Longville and his crew were great — very professional! We’d had issues with our roof since buying it (new build), and we thought we’d had the problem fixed but apparently not. So we called Tom with the hopes someone better could solve our problem and he did! His crew even replaced our drywall that was effected from the leaks. We have a flat roof and smooth walls (both of which, in our experience, take a skilled crew to address), and both came out great!

We contacted New View to get a second opinion on our new construction roof, and Scott Berlin came out to do that inspection. He was friendly and professional, walked through the whole place with us, sent his drone up to get a better view of the very steep, high roof, and made a number of recommendations that were invaluable in getting the roof and drainage systems finished to a good standard. We highly recommend Scott and New View and will definitely use them again when we have roofing issues.
